In March 2016, our client Christina suffered a severe trip and fall accident while shopping at Bankstown Central with her husband. She was browsing a pop-up store when she tripped over a protruding clothing rack base that extended into the walkway. The fall was catastrophic— Christina landed on her head and left leg, resulting in a fractured femur.
